Have been looking to port my telephone to my boyfriends plan for approximately per week.After a couple of calls and visits in keep, nobody seems able to doing their jobs in supporting us.I will by no means do enterprise with this organization of lazy, incompetent people.

DON”T GO THERE!

I had been a Sprint patron considering 2003. Yes, there were a few bugs at some stage in all the ones years. However, Sprint quickly and graciously took care of my husband’s and my problems. We fortunately continued with them, discovered their insurance to be properly, and always felt we had been getting an fantastic price for the product and carrier.

With the merger with T-Mobile, ALL has changed. Our telephones not perform effectively, we are becoming terrible service, and voice mail on my husband’s iPhone is nonexistent. We have spent multiple days and too many hours, across numerous months, trying to solve all our problems due to the merger. Tech support can’t accurate the problems, customer support is horrendous, guarantees to call my husband and I on precise dates & instances never happen, and they may be unwilling to make any concessions to hold a long-time consumer happy. After 18 years with Sprint, we are moving on.

Sprint customer support became better

Ever sense the merge I haven’t been capable of get any assist with something!! Sprint continually defined matters to me. T-Mobile doesn’t even assist. Tried being unique on my needs and just got overlooked! As quickly as all of the telephones beneath me are paid off we’re switching!!

Mis-constitute specials, poor service

Have been with t-mobile for years. Bought 2 new 5-g Samsung for special; ‘buy 1 get 1 free’. Except that special became not venerated. Were charged complete fee for both. Plus most effective 1 of our back telephones given $45 rebate. Flat out lied to us. Areas of phone carrier get right of entry to reduces always. This is a deal breaker, done with T-Mobile, for all time.

Avoid this business enterprise, they do not solution calls!!

The reps are lazy, unhelpful and don’t have any idea what they’re doing.

Transferred over from Cricket, horrific concept! TMobile mat be desirable for a person that by no means travels out side the city but for me, it become a terrible revel in. 6 dropped calls out of 10 no longer to say all of the ones that could not go thru and that have been never acquired. My rep, because this became a enterprise account, christal from TX RGV region gave me negative customer service from the very starting then would not even answer my calls nor return my messages. This is my 2d time with tmobile, NEVER AGAIN!!

DROPPED CALLS & SIGNAL!

I switched from Verizon due to a good deal for human beings “Over fifty five” years of age. Verizon is extortion as compared to the bill I even have now. However, the insurance is virtually horrible; and I get dropped calls like in no way earlier than. It would not depend what part of the country I’m in. It came about consistently among North East Ohio and Charleston SC! It’s barely better in metro regions; but can get very worrying whilst seeking to use Google Maps or WhatsApp whilst on the road. I NEVER had any troubles with Verizon with admire to coverage and dropped sign; and I become with them for 10+ years. I’m significantly considering looking into AT&T or returning to Verizon. I might not advise T-Mobile if you’re looking for a reliable provider!

Dishonest , horrible service , reps hold up on you

T Mobile might be the worst carrier ! Dropped calls , no network connection , although they claim their service has me covered . When you call the reps cling up on you proper after they say they may be sorry , now not the word I would use . They cancelled my provider however failed to refund the money I pay as you go for his or her service …. BEWARE of T Mobile !!!

One hour wait to talk to supervisor

Spectrum is charging $19 which include a new smartphone, T Mobile is charging $30 for identical provider!
